Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Let Me Out ("we", "our", "the Service") collects, uses, and stores information about users ("you") when you use our VPN service managed via the Telegram bot @LetMeOutBot and the website let-me-out.com.

By using the Service you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.

Telegram user data. When you interact with our bot, Telegram provides us with your Telegram user ID, username (if set), and display name. We use this data solely to identify your account and deliver the service.

Payment data. Payments are processed via Telegram Stars (Telegram's built-in payment system). We receive a confirmation of payment but never store your card or payment method details.

Usage data. We record the amount of data traffic consumed by your VPN key for quota management purposes. We do not log which websites you visit or the content of your traffic.

eSIM waitlist. If you sign up for the eSIM waitlist, we store your email address to notify you at launch. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support.

• To provide and maintain the VPN service (key activation, quota tracking).
• To process payments and issue access keys.
• To send service notifications via the Telegram bot (e.g. low traffic warnings).
• To notify eSIM waitlist subscribers at launch.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Data is stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database hosted on infrastructure located in the EU. We use industry-standard security measures: TLS encryption in transit, row-level security policies, and restricted access credentials.

Inactive accounts and expired keys may be purged after 12 months of inactivity.

We operate a strict no-logs policy for VPN traffic. We do not record, monitor, or store the websites you visit, the applications you use, or the content of your data while connected to our servers.

Our service relies on the following third-party platforms, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Telegram — for bot interaction and payment processing.
• Supabase — for database hosting.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.
